Richard Chiappetta

Richard earned a Bachelor of Science in Music Education (K-12) from the University of Bridgeport. He earned additional graduate work at local Universities (including UCONN) equal to a Masters Degree. Although Richard is now retired he held teaching positions in Connecticut public schools for 41 years. Not only is his knowledge of the band repertoire rock solid he brings with him arranging skills. Besides his substantial music credentials, he brings to the band tremendous enthusiasm, a sense of humor and a commitment to help us be the best we can be.
